These terms define the conditions for using racisa. Users must agree to these terms before using the service.

Article 2. Accounts

Users register and sign in using a Google account. Users are responsible for managing their account information and activity.

Article 3. Prohibited Conduct

• Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order
• Acts that place excessive load on the service infrastructure
• Acts that infringe rights of other users or third parties
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the service
• Unauthorized access or attempts to access restricted areas

Article 4. Changes and Suspension

racisa may change, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the service without prior notice when necessary.

Article 5. Disclaimer

racisa is not liable for damages arising from use of the service except where required by applicable law.

Article 6. Subscriptions

Paid plan billing and cancellation are processed through Stripe. After cancellation, paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period.

Article 7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction for disputes related to these terms.
