racisa collects the following information to provide and improve the service.
- Name, email address, and profile image obtained through Google account authentication
- Slide deck data created or edited in the service
- Usage logs such as access date and time and IP address
- Information submitted through the contact form (name, email address, message)
2. Purpose of Use
- Providing, operating, and improving the service
- Managing subscriptions through Stripe
- Responding to inquiries and support requests
- Preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Delivering and measuring advertisements when applicable
3. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not disclose personal information to third parties except in the following cases.
- When the user has given consent
- When required by law
- When provided to service providers necessary for operation (e.g., Supabase, Stripe, Resend)
4. Cookies, Advertising, and Analytics
racisa uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes.
- Session management and authentication: Used to maintain your sign-in state.
- Advertising (Google AdSense): racisa may serve advertisements through Google AdSense, provided by Google LLC. Google AdSense uses cookies to display ads based on prior visits. For details, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Opting out of personalized ads: You can disable personalized advertising through Google's Ads Settings or opt out via aboutads.info.
- Analytics: We may collect and analyze access logs to improve the service.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may become unavailable.

racisa uses the following external services. Please refer to each provider's privacy policy for details.
- Supabase (database and authentication)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Google LLC (OAuth authentication, AI generation, and advertising)
- Resend (email delivery)
6. Handling of Data for AI Generation
racisa offers AI-powered slide generation. Please note the following when using this feature.
- Prompts entered by users (topics, editing instructions, etc.) are sent to the Google Gemini API to generate slides.
- Under the API policy, the prompts sent and the generated content are not used to train Google's models.
- Generated slide content is stored only in racisa's service database.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
When you request account deletion, we will delete personal data within seven business days, except where retention is required by law.

This policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be announced on the service, and the latest version will be posted on this page.
